Located in a heritage building in downtown Vancouver, the Élan Presentation Center was a one of a kind project. Featuring soaring 20’ ceilings and floor to ceiling heritage windows, much of the space’s drama comes from the use of scale. Two giant louvered panels create intimacy in the closing offices while a huge ceiling panel was dropped over the model to create a space within a space. The use of colour was intentionally kept to a minimum in order to maintain a visual balance between architectural detail and graphic displays. A bright fuchsia was pulled from marketing literature and used to create a memory point.
